Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your unworn jewelry, simply mail it back within 10 days of your original order with the original packaging and envelope, that's it!  Enclose your invoice so we know who you are, and let us know if you would like a Refund or an Exchange (shipping fees are non-refundable). Make sure we have a good contact phone and email to contact you if we have any questions. Please note that custom lengths are non-returnable.

Any unworn merchandise you would like to exchange or return for a full refund must be sent back to Paige Howeth within 10 business days of receipt of product. 

 

**Please note that Custom Length pieces are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All Custom Length sales from Paige Howeth are considered final.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. We are happy to create a custom length for your necklace. Please give us the desired full length finished size in inches, measuring from end to end. Enter this on the Custom Length section of the product page before adding item to cart.
